Bilingualism fines in Dieppe

Two Dieppe companies have pleaded guilty to putting up billboards that are not bilingual.
CBS Outdoors Canada and Pattison entered the guilty pleas yesterday and were fined $140 on each of 41 infractions...29 by Pattison and 12 by CBS.
Businesses in Dieppe were given months to comply with the new rules - and the city started charging companies last fall.
