Program to fight elder abuse

The Harper government has announced it'll provide $350,000 to deal with elder abuse in the province.
Fisheries and Oceans Minister Keith Ashfield announced in Fredericton that the money will go to the New Brunswick Association of Nursing Homes for a project to educate nursing home employees and seniors on what elder abuse is and how it can be prevented.
